importing sequence for protein with two fragments linked by a disulfide bridge

How do I import a sequence for a protein that is composed of two fragments linked by a disulfide bridge between two cysteine residues? Is there a format that I can follow to denote this?

The simplest approach would be to treat the fragments as two chains by appending the sequence of the second fragment using Append Chain in the Sequence explorer.
